★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 屋台でありそうなメニューを、高級なレストランにアレンジした感じのお店です。僕は非常に好きで美味しいものばかりだと思うんですが、反して客は全然入っていません。店員も遊んでます。。いい店なのにアピールが下手なのかもしれません。勿体無いポイントとしては、
1. メニューアピール度が低い。
高級にはしたけど所詮街中屋台と同じメニュー。味が伝わらなければ屋台飯に高いお金出す客は居ません。パタヤと言う場所柄白人外人が多いけど、メニュー見ても「屋台と同じか。。」味が想像出来ず素通りしてしまいます。これでは食べたい！とならないはず。
2. 一つ一つの量が多過ぎる。
屋台と同じメニューだからサービス精神で多くしたのだろうか？ 一品が大学生の学食並み(流石にそれは言い過ぎかも。でもマダムがチョット食べる量では無い)の量である。どんなに美味しいメニューでも食べ過ぎたら飽きてくる訳で、高級路線を狙ってる筈だし味も美味しいのだから、多少逆に少々少なめでもいい筈。

The same menu as Nakabayashi Nakabayashi, but I made it upscale. If the taste is not transmitted, there are no customers who make high money for food at the stall. There are a lot of places called Caucasians who are called Pattaya, but looking at the menu, "Is it the same as a stand?" The taste can not be imagined and passes. I want to eat it! It should not be.
2. Each quantity is too large.
Because it is the same menu as stalls, did you increase in service spirit? One item is the amount of college student food (which may be too much to say, but not the amount Madame eats). Even if you eat too many delicious menus, you will get bored, and you are aiming for high-class routes, so the taste is also delicious, so it may be a little less on the contrary.
