★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good for future investment as new train stations are expected to be completed soon. The condo itself has a lot of decent facilities: pool, library, co-working space and are neatly kept. Each phase has its own set of facilities. A big plus is on the front side (phase 3/4) will have some nice shops. Has a big 7-11 in its own 'megaplex.'
Can exit out to Vibhavadi Road on both sides, lots of nice restaurants nearby - can be reached within 5 minutes by car.
