Service was a major let down, especially in the restaurant. Staff is very polite and try to be helpful but lack of training is the real problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is newly opened hotel in Phala beach. Other than funny wall colour the hotel is good. Having large party/meeting hall and restaurant. Having large swimming pool. There are few bars and restaurants near by.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I could have rate in -5. We were traveling with baby and we need to boil milk in kattle. Unfortunately, milk burnt and while checking out staff has stucked us for an hour and asking for 500 baht because kattle wasn’t cleaned. We cleaned in just 5 mins when we got scrotch bite. The reason why I posted this to show never trust this hotel, bad staff, no hospitality. Also ACs in rooms are like quite pathetic for which we should ask for refunds from the hotel itself and not from Agoda.
Never choose this hotel in Rayong or if you have any plans to stay near beach. There are lot more better options.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice rooms, booked the superior room. Soft pillows, ocean view. Brand new, I expect the prices will rise at this place. If you can afford it it is much better value for money than the other large establishment up the road from Play

Reception staff is very good service and very polite. View is good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice design and decoration, decent quality material in bathroom and main room. Cleanliness not surpass 1 star, old soap bar stain in soap rack, toilet shower was full of dirt, towel was smell like it was damp.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel is simple but convenient. Staff is very friendly. No direct access to the see. Swimming pool is nice, restaurant is good. Breakfast during the week little simple. Parking under building. I stay in building C. Near several restaurants, 7-11 not far. I was very pleased with the massage near 7-11: clean shop, privacy, safe and good English speaking (Phanarom massage).
