I would not recommend this place to anyone. A BIG SCAM. This place is designed for students studying in the university nearby. 1. Over priced. 2. Small rooms. 3. Slow and expensive single user internet 4. Cheats you on the electricity and water bill 5. Cheats on internet 6. Hefty security deposit and advance payment (about 10,000 baht), and you will get back the money only after they deduct 1000 baht for "cleaning" even if the room is exactly in the same condition as you first went it. WATER & ELECTRICITY Cheats you every month on electricity and water bills by charging for units you haven't consumed. Not just one or two units, over 10 units per month. The water meters are on the terrace and tenants cannot view the meter as the access door to the terrace is locked. Sometimes, if you are lucky, they forget to lock the door, which is when you get to see the water meter. If the meter reading is today and you get to see the meter and it says 130, you will be billed for 140, and after a week when you go to check the meter it will be somewhere like 136. Similar thing happens with electricity. Price per unit of water and electricity is 4-5 bahts more expensive than surrounding apartments. INTERNET Wifi internet is available, but Internet is super slow, expensive and for a single user only. Meaning one user at a time. If you have a roommate and you both need to use Internet, then you better buy another internet user ID for the same price. The validity of the internet is for one month and starts from the first if the month till the 30th even if it's a 31 day month. And it costs US $17 - $20 a month. The worst part is they purposely deactivate the internet once the rental bill has been sent to you (which happens on 25th of each month). They will only activate the internet on the second or third day of the next month. SECURITY DEPOSIT You need to pay 2 months rent in advance as security. And even if your contract expires on end of December, you have to inform them by 10th November that you are leaving at the end of December. If you don't inform them a month in advance they will refuse to give the security deposit back. And even when they give it back, they will deduct 1000 baht from it for "cleaning" regardless of how clean your room is. They will also charge you for anything broken even if it was broken when you first moved in. So you need to take a video/pics of the room and it's furniture, door knobs, locks everything on the first day you move in in the presence of their staff so you can show it as evidence that the damage wasn't caused by you. CHARGING FOR REPAIRS They charge you for all the repairs even if it's not your fault. Suppose you are on the top floor and the ceiling is leaking due to flooding on the terrace they will charge you for fixing the ceiling. Similarly if water is leaking from ceiling of the toilet in the room below you due to leaky floor in your toilet they will charge you. DRINKING WATER Has coin operated drinking water supply. Insert coins and fill your water bottles. But price per litre is 2-3 bahts more than what you get elsewhere in nearby apartments. ROOMS Small rooms with a large bed.
