★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Formerly a tin mine near a remote village on the Myanmar border. But the road up here is full of holes you have to drive carefully. Good luck to those who have name & date been here, so many have hung up name & date just to be sure.???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A little hidden gem, paradise Mountain Village. 3 nights here at Number 9 homestay so wonderful and not too crowded. Next to police station. Strongly recommended you to visit the elephant mountains for sunrise and sunset. Also the waterfall is a bonus attraction.²

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely town near the Myanmar border. Although this town is very small and there's not much to do, it's still nice with a lovely scenery, a small souvenir market and a small temple. There are nice places close to the town though, like a waterfall!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved it. Camping was 100baht. Rooms are quite expensive but ok for a special trip. Long road up with great views. Nice market and excellent scenery.
