★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very cool place, was exciting to travel up the hill to reach it. I liked talking to the friendly Hmong people and their delicious street food and I like the atmosphere of having thai people from all over the country excited to be above the clouds, I guess for the first time for some. 100 thb per person for camping is pretty good, but hiring equipment is expensive, like 100 for blankets and mats. We also got a stove delivered to our tent with food for 250 which would be good except we went vegetarian so it was just a few noodles and vegetables. Vegans should just enjoy the rice porridge, fried rice, excellent fruit and the ginger hot tea. We went on a long weekend so the tent area was like a refugee camp, and the toilets cost 5 baht each time which is a bit annoying.

You can even rent tents here if you don't have any.
Very nice view!
But sad to say, the toilet is somehow expensive and not that clean enough for the price.

Cold weather throughout a year.
What to see;
- Hills of vegetable farm : Cabbage, Daikon, sweet pea.
What to do;
- Eating fresh cooking food at local restaurants.
- Staying a night in home stay lodge or tent.
- Buying fresh vegetables & fruits from farmer.
How to go;
- By car : 1.5 hours from Petchaboon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are many stalls in this area. You can't go hungry in this place. The only problem is there is limited car parking space. Was a dismay as we were unable to see the Sea of Clouds.. luckily we did not camp here the night before were only 10°c

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the highest elevation in Petchabun Province. Very small area to park especially cool season where a lot of people come to experience the weather. Nice view to take photos. A four wheel drive car is more appropriate in climbing up this mountain as we were in an old van going there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Top of the world experience when you see nothing else but the mountain your feet touch. 2016 was less touristy compare to our 2019 experience, nevertheless a stunning view that our eyes gawped at... God is an amazing artist for creating majestic mountains and silvery clouds gracing the skies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty awesome up there. Great views and road is good quality. Step grade, but well engineered and no potholes. Khao Kho is more touristy, but i liked staying at this place better.
You can hear Thai people complaining it is cold, but to Farang maybe not but it gets down to 15C when i was there in mid June
