The receptionists are very professional and not pushing for sale at all.
There is a waiting room with a TV set, free drinks (soft drinks, coffee, etc.), snacks, and magazines. There is also a dashboard showing the cars in queue,... so the owners know which process their cars are in.
The service is also fast (e.g. for normal check-up and spare part changed, it normally takes me around 3-4 hours.)

It is one of the best toyota dealer in Bangkok, although it 's too small size service center but it has all service for your Toyota car such as general repair, wheel and tire shop, body paint etc. you can do anything for your car in this place (one stop service).
