★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am disappointed to say that , some of the uniform staff , namely the women officer was extremely arrogant and rude, she had no understanding of English , which was unbelievable that she is allowed to work in this office where communication is vital in understanding tourist. Junior staff fortunately could speak a little English, they were helpful and polite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always good service. Avoid Monday and Friday because always busy. Close for lunch 12:30 to 1:30. (I have now advised Google Maps of this fact so times are correct now) Tips
Always take small gift like 12 donuts (very cheap) Give to girl on reception. She speaks pretty good English When you gift you get moved to front of queue. Afternoon always quieter than morning. Stay Safe!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever. Very unorganized, no queue number, very slow service, assistants cannot speak conversational English, they entertain whoever have treats for them first. The assistant with long dark hair asked for extra service charge with no receipt. Worst immigration office I've been to. The woman in uniform who looks like the higher officer is very rude.
