★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst and bad customer service ever. Very disappointed with the service and the item buy from them. They are cheating customer!! I Brought clothes from them and was told that can be exchange. Return to the shop after 2 weeks, to change the size of a pants from XXL to XL but the staff told me all the sizes is not available so they cannot exchange. However i believe it’s due to they need to return me 100baht because XXL is more expensive the staff brush me off by telling me the size not available. I told the staff I don’t want to refund but she insist both shop (The Mall Ngamwongwan & this shop) have no stock available.
