★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A condo with the worst security ever! While I was staying there, somebody murdered and sliced the body of another person in his condo unit. You can read the whole news online. Just search 'PG Rama 9 Murder' in google and you will see lots of news articles.
Absolutely terrifying and disgusting!
Furthermore, The condo is in a dirty and squalid condition. You see lots of small cockroaches and bugs inside the rooms and in the public areas.
This condo is located next to busy highway. You hear loud noise of motorbikes and cars all day and night.
The air-conditioner, pipes, and all facilities in the unit I rented broke down all the time and had to spend lots of money to fix almost every month.
The staff at condo are utterly rude and unhelpful. They overcharged me for almost everything. From cleaning the aircons to fixing a simple cable.
Overall, I wouldn't recommend staying here considering all the terrible safety and security issues it has.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I lived here for months when I worked in Bangkok in 2014. I loved my condo. It was a corner unit facing the khlong, not the highway. In the mornings, someone on the opposite side of the khlong would exercise gently outside. It was nice to watch. I had a proper, large bedroom and a full bathroom with a tub. Security was very helpful and assisted me with moving in by carrying all of my bags up to my 5th floor condo (far from the elevator). Electricity charges were very cheap and easier to pay than in my home country. Once, building management put signs in the elevators asking all residents to stop leaving shoes in the corridors and stop hanging washing on the balconies. We obeyed for about two days...lol

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very close to MRT. Swimming pool is cold. Not so good when you go from air con but the best if you stated from hot air outside. From street site is very loud. Windows is week and not soundproof.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staying here just more than a month. Room is big and complete facilities like pool,gym, and sauna. Very accessible area. The owner is very kind and Juristic personnel are very helpful specially Khun Numtan. Thank you so much khap. God Speed??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Low-rise, medium-priced condo with gym, swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna rooms. It is a quiet place, good location about of 700-800 meters from MRT station.
Rooms which face the overpass of Rama 9 will be very noisy but in some units, owners put on soundproof windows so the outside noise is greatly reduced.
