★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last place on the right hand side of soi 61 before the gate to the beach. I hadn't seen this way of making ice cream before in Hua Hin. I had chocolate chip cookie with strawberries, which tasted good. By the way: the Google 360° photo is seriously outdated. The tourist police station is closed and the parking places on this part of the soi are replaced by little shops like these.
