★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ห่วย การดูแลผู้เช่าแย่มาก ที่พักพอใช้ได้ ค่าไฟค่าน้ำเดือนสุดท้ายที่ออก หักเกินไปมากเพราะเดือนสุดท้ายจ่ายค่าห้องใว้แต่ไม่ได้อยู่(ค่าจอดรถด้วย) หักน้ำไฟไปเกือบ700บาท(เว่อหรือเปล่า)(คีกาดให้ผู้เช่าซื้อ)(เพิ่งเคยเจอ จริงๆต้องคืนเงินนะ คือมันเอาทักทางจนน่าเกลียด) ใครมันจะตามไปเอาตังมัดจำคืนครับ(ค่าเดินทางใครออก) คนออกเขาแจ้งก่อนเป็นเดือนควรจะคิดเงินคิดต่างๆให้เรียบร้อย ไม่ใช่คิดแค่คนออกไปแล้วจะหักเท่าไรก็ได(แล้วส่งตามหลังหักค่าโอนอีกต่างหากเวงเวลาเข้าอยู่คนเช่าใช้เงินสดวางจะออก)้ คิดดูให้ดีๆครับจะอยู่ที่นี่ และผมจะไม่แนะนำใครไปอยู่ที่นี่แน่ๆ
