★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to this hospital advised by friends for a mouth emergency (couldn't swallow with severe pain) after 10 pm. Check-in, nurse assistance, ten-minute interview in English with a qualified doctor (most specialize in Western universities) prescription, six recognizable medicines (painkillers, throat medication, antibiotic, antihistamine, mouthwash etc) with my name, contents and dosage in Thai and English on each from the internal pharmacy for a total of 1600 THB (approx. 42 EUR or 52 USD) and back on my taxi to home in 25 minutes. Started immediate treatment, managed breakfast next morning, nightmare totally gone in 48h. Great job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have gone here for 7 years. I have been both an in and out patient. I have had surgery and use this facility as my family doctor. The service here is top notch and better than any I ever received at a hospital in Canada. I have no hesitancy to recommend this facility their service is prompt and always has your best interests in mind.

I went today, the service was fine. At the drug dispenser I only received 2 medicines, even though the doctor told me it would be 3 medicines. So I asked to confirm and the lady said I only have 2 medicines. In the evening they called me informing that I have missed 1 medicine. WTH?!? Asking if I could go back and grab it. I was like hell no!
My case wasn’t serious but asking for their better responsibility for some serious case for missing dispense medicines to patients. I hope they will take this seriously and do better job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personally I have had good experiences here with my social security insurance. The staff are somewhat pleasant/acceptable for most point. My doctor which I have had for 3 years is good (previous doctor sucked) after changing. The building is clean and I see they are doing their best to keep the hygiene standard. Outside of the building have been improving and during this time there will be some confusion. Keep in mind people come to hospital because they are ill or have family members that are ill and want results which doesn't come easy or immediately.

Value for Price is absolut phenomenal.
Was here for 4 days after a motorcycle accident with a severe damaged foot.
Lovely and caring english speaking nursing team, very competent surgeon who made my decision to get surgery in this hospital very easy. He answered all quesions pre surgery and i didnt feel any rush or pressure at any point. Can only recommend this hospital and will come back if needed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic hospital and will never this hospital again. My daughter age 1 year 8month got infected with covid and she was looking not well and we wanted to admit. Nurse took ATK test and we informed her that we want to admit. No doctor came to check my daughter and they said we have no room vacant. Thereafter when we were about to leave they asked us to pay 900. 400 for ATK test and 500 for doctor fees. How can the doctor ask for the fees if he did not come to check my daughter? Seems doctors of this hospital are frightened to see covid patient but still they want to have their fees without physically checking patient... These people have no humanity and there hospital is only for business
