★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Over a very nice hotel room. We were served by a pleasant waiter. Sheets are clean and tidy. The hotel has a convenience store beside if you require anything. In fact, there is a medium sized Infinity pool up there w/ a good view. We very much enjoyed the location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We will be back next year before our next adventure. The rooms are perfect as is the setting. Great choice of food very close by. A superb hotel in beautiful surrounding. Across from the hotel are a lot of nice stores. Price is good for its area. Its team is really professional with a smiling kindness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good hotel with appartement options, prices are good and clean and spacious rooms. Enough parking under the hotel and an professional sport club attached to the hotel comes with the hotel package no extra charge! Very good and helpful management and staff! Perfect area on praram2 towards bkk or hua hin direction. Hotel have 7-11 , coffeeshop , restaurants around and central festival shopping mall and hospital right next door just incase.
For me as business stay perfect hotel ! Easy access to bkk or samutsakorn Area all about 30 min away, but of course peak hours more traffic in this area and travel time could be increase.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have stayed from 9th March to 2nd April. However I supposed to stayed until 6th but I checked out today. Because the service was so poor.
Fiest, They charged 800Bhat for clean but clean service was the worst. Their rule is clean the room twice a week, however they didnt clean my room twice and they charged fee for clean the room.
Second, they used my deposit without any notice. I asked to give my deposit back but they said they used it as a breakfast fee. They said my breakfast fee wass 2300, and they used my 500Bhat for the breakfast. So they said my final cost is 1800Bhat. However breakfast fee for one meal is 180Bhat. How did they calculate and made 2300Bhat. I dont understand.
Third, I extended one more week. So my staying was until 6th April . But I checked out 2nd March so I asked them to refund. But they didnt because of the rule. So they just took my money. I dont understand.
Fourth, My friend paid 1000Bhat for deposit so we claimed 1000Bhat back. But they said they never charged 1000Bhat for deposit. And they asked us to show a receipt at that time we didnt have the receipt. So we asked them to find in the payment history. But they said there were no any history about deposit, and they said, they cannot give us money back. So we found our payment history ourselves and show them. Only then they accept it.
Why didnt they admit their mistake ?and they never apologized to us. It was the worst experience if my life and I never come back here again.
When you check out please see the payment history carefully. If not they will not give your money back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "I stayed for two weeks, but they didn't clean until I told them, and the staff were not kind, and the room was too slow, and it smelled and was the worst of the worst." Defarge doesn't do it until I tell you, and it's a mess without knowing the price. I don't recommend it.
