★ ★ ★ ★ ★ เราพักที่นี่ มา 2 ปีกว่า ทุกครั้งที่ของเสีย แอร์ไม่เย็น ท่อตัน คือแจ้งแล้ว ต้องรอช่างมาซ่อมเร็วสุด คือ 1 เดือนหลังจากแจ้งนิติ ที่ดูแล หรือบริการซ่อมแย่มากกก เคยแอร์ไม่เย็น นอนร้อนเกือบ 2 เดือน พอจะมาไม่เคยแจ้งล่วงหน้าเลยย ประหนึ่งผู้เช่าจะว่างตลอด งงมากกก ราคาถูกจริง แต่บริการแย่มากก นิติคือไม่ตามงานเลยยยย ให้อยู่แบบมีปัญหา กำลังจะย้ายออกแหละ ไม่ไหว น่าเบื่อมาก ใครอยากได้ที่พักแถวสุทธิสาร ไปเช่าที่อื่น ที่ดูแลดีกว่านี้จะดีกว่า
