Great food with attentive service and relaxed atmosphere.

When I come to Thonglor. I’m thinking about Somtam. I can’t find a good somtam restaurant. I mean quite and comfortable please. Do you know somtam or Green papaya salad? It’s very famous food in Thailand. Normally when you go to somtam shop on the street food, it’s not hygiene and also noisy. So if you wanna have good somtam, quiet and comfortable. I would recommend Som tam and Chardonnay located in Akyra Thonglor Hotel. I love the atmosphere. It’s cosy. The music is lightly played. . To mention, the best menu is Soft crab papaya salad with pickled fish. Excellent service. Next time I'll bring my togs, because there is a nice pool and jacuzzi outside.

This restaurant is really amazing the food was extremely cheap comparing to the size ! If you’re looking for a fine dining and have a dinner with someone ? I highly recommend this place. The staffs are super nice they can recommend you anything even though it was your first time coming to Italian restaurant. I will be coming back to dine in again :)

I don’t even know how to start with this. It is one of the worst service experiences especially in a nice-looking place (I guess I was wrong trusting these reviews before coming to this place). First, I have made the reservation for my special person through the phone and received the information that I was able to drink alcohol so I reserved for 9 people. The next day we all checked in and came with the alcohol and they refused to serve due to the restriction. The reservation lady should be more clear about talking to the guests before letting them reserve and buy all the alcohol. I am not impressed with all these tricky words up-selling the place and trying to compromise it afterwards. I could have canceled and walked away but I was kind enough to sit down as I only saw it was only us in the restaurant. Second, the service and food. I did NOT enjoy all the food. The Cacio E Pepe was awful. The pecorino was cheap and I barely taste the pepper. The Pollo was dry and hard to bite. I stopped and ate only the salad, cheese, and cold cuts (I mean you can not really screw that up). Meanwhile the service, there was one staff who kept yelling at us while she was serving all the food and mentioned the word " Pay attention, I'm talking" that was way out of the line. I am not sure what she has been through in her life but she should not be doing any hospitality job if she is not happy with it or at least the manager and owner are supposed to teach her all that. There was also another staff who kept asking us "If we are finished with the plates and ready to take them away while we are still eating" I understand we were the only guests in there but by kept asking us every 5 minutes we all had the pressure that you were rushing us to finish and leave. Last, we were not impressed with everything in there and wanted to leave. We asked for the check and the staff was stamping the car park ticket for us. When we were about to leave the building, the system was an error and charging us money. We had to call and ask them to come down. They said, they will refund it back to my friend’s car which it has been awhile and we still haven’t got it back. It seems not much, but it seems not fair to us for paying that either. I am not writing this review out of anger but more like of disappointment to ruin my special person birthday and I do not want other people to experience the same as me Yes, I definitely would NOT recommend my Thai, foreigner, friends and from elsewhere to come to try out this place.

Little Gem in Thonglor! Great service, nice atmosphere and delicious food with a high quality. Prices are reasonable and worth it. I really enjoyed all dishes. Definitely a must try :)

The atmosphere is cozy & chill . I enjoyed every single dishes of my lunch , It was melted in the mouth . Apart of beautiful presentation ,taste was absolutely amazing . Especially homemade Panna Cotta , very recommended . Best Panna Cotta ever!! Service was great as well with warm welcoming staffs . I am very recommended this place if you are looking for Italian restaurant in Bangkok . They could make your day .

When I looking for a good restaurant all I need is soft seats, good atmosphere and good food. Here is the answer to everything. cozy atmosphere have privacy Great music and of course, delicious food. And warm welcome and excellent service, I started my lunch with a "TUNA TARTARE " Just the first bite I took I forgot all the tiredness Fresh fish flavor Mixed with various seasonings The texture is amazing and very refreshing, followed by the " PESCATO DEL GIORNO " the turbot fish with butter sauce. The cooked fish fillets are perfectly matched with crispy fish skins and the roasted potatoes and tomatoes are on the plate. It's a very perfect combination. The size of the food is just right. not too much and not too little Makes me have some. room for dessert. ❤ The dessert I chose was tiramisu. ....all I can say is it was so goooooood.... If anyone is looking for a good Italian restaurant I really recommend this one. Because I want you to have a good experience like I did.
