เราก็เปิดประตูไปถามว่าต้องลงชื่อจองคิวตรงไหน พนักงานที่เคาเตอร์ตอบว่า รอด้านนอกสักครู่นะคะ จะมีคนออกไปรับ อ่ะก็ออกมารอ เหมือนจะปกติ
แต่ก็มีอีกคนเปิดประตูชะโงกหน้าไปถามเหมือน เท่ากับว่าผู้หญิงคนนี้มาทีหลังเรา!!
แต่แล้วเมื่อมีพนักงานออกมารับลูกค้า(คนละคนกับที่เราเจอตอนถามว่าจองคิวที่ไหน) ผู้หญิงที่มาทีหลังก็รีบพูดแซงคิวเราโดยไม่มีมารยาท
แต่!!!!! พนักงานคนที่ออกมาจะให้คิวลูกค้าควรถามมั้ยว่าใครมาก่อนมาหลัง
เรื่องคนโทรมาจองคิวก่อนไม่ซีเรียส แต่พวกที่ walk-in เหมือนกัน พนักงานควรถาม และใส่ใจลูกค้ามากกว่านี้ อย่ายึดว่าตัวเองเป็นร้านยากินิกุเพียงร้านเดียวในแถบนั้นจึงจะเมินเฉยต่อการบริการลูกค้ายังไงก็ดี

 First impressions not good at all
We opened the door and asked where to sign the reservation queue. The staff at the counter replied that Please wait outside. Someone will go out to pick it up, then come out and wait, as usual.
But there was another person who opened the door and looked up to ask the same question. It's like this woman came after us!!
But then when the staff came out to pick up the customers (different from the one we met when asking where to reserve the queue), the woman who came later quickly spoke to us without manners.
but!!!!! Employees who come out to give customers a queue should ask if they come first, come after.
About people calling to reserve the queue first, not serious, but those who walk-in are the same, employees should ask and care more about customers Don't consider yourself to be the only yakiniku shop in the area to ignore their customer service.
