★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First, it was extremely difficult to find the place. They are hidden away underneath the food court, in the basement by the parking garage. The people were nice but the service was unhygienic and absolutely terrible. They were very rough when taping down my bottom lashes and the tape was cutting into my eyes. My eyes were so irritated and red during and after the service. When I told them they adjusted the tape but not before spraying this drying fog on my eyes which got underneath my face mask and made it impossible for me to breathe while lying down. This wasn't even the worst part... They had multiple people touching my eyes and they NEVER wore gloves. I asked them about this and asked them to sanitize their hands with alcohol gel and they did but they didn't wait for the alcohol gel to dry before touching my eyes again and further irritating them. On top of that the service took over 2 hours to complete! The longest time I've ever spent for any "professional service". When they finished they didn't have a card machine so we had to walk all over Siam to get payment. I paid 2,400 baht only for ALL the lashes to come off within a week. Don't waste your time or money here. Go to Take Care Salon and Beauty. That's where I normally go but they were fully booked that day and Novalash was the only place with available appointments.... now I know why.
