In person they are, for the most part, friendly, helpful and efficient, although I have had some absolutely nonsensical, misinformed and impatient interactions as well. The main reason for the single star is that they do not answer the phone. They actually pick up the receiver, and then hang up...over, and over, and over again. Only occasionally have I been able to get through, and I'd guess thats somewhere in the 1 in 30-50 attempts range. It makes things incredibly difficult when the website doesn't work, you can't talk to anyone on the phone, and in person visits are sometimes dead ends. Ahhh, Thailand ?.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst immigration. Made an appointment just to wait and get told i cant do it with them. Then they send us to Division 1 immigration But also thats wrong. 3 taxi rides later and 1000baht poorer we arrived at the right immigration. How can someone make an appointment just to be told you cant do it there. Poor Service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is never quick, consistent and efficient.like this country. 90 days report suddenly needs copy of pages of passport waiting time is always more than 40 min while they say it only takes 5 min.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are relatively civil most of the time, with a few exceptions. The main problem is the overall system which is unnecessarily complicated. I wanted to convert a visa exempt entry to a Non-O (spouse) visa. I thought I had all of the papers in order. Nonetheless, gaps were found left and right and although we arrived at around 8:20 a.m. (as advised by an agent on the previous day), we weren't finished until 2:45 p.m. Even then, instead of being given the visa, I was told to return in 30 days to find out if my application had been successful or not. Last year I applied for the same visa while I was living in the U.S. I had to supply a fraction of the documentation that I did here in Thailand and the visa was delivered inside of a week. ... Another item: we ended up paying 90 baht for parking! I know that's peanuts compared to some foreign parking rates, but it is quite a lot for a semi-rural location in Nonthaburi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unexpectedly nice and clean office. Thought it’s busy at peak time the offices are well aware of that and try their best to support everyone.
The parking is not really neat but still enough for all. (However it’s a private-run parking lot so need to pay a fee of 20 bath per hour)
