Call to ask if the rental room is available or not. The staff can respond to the rules. Confused!!! So much. Act like you don't want a tenant. Here's a customer asking to rent a room. Tell me first, are you free? We have some pretty safe rules here and there. Like being rich, don't need a tenant ????
