Non-stop construction noise, all day long, nearly EVERY day. Hammering, buzz saws, banging.
It’s maddening. Keep your sanity and look elsewhere. Such a shame, because the building itself is nice.

1. Far from everything so mostly quiet
2. Pretty new building so its clean
Not good
1. You need to bring your elevator card every moments. Seriously its F annoying. When you get in the condo entrance you need to find the card.
When you get into the building you need to find your card (but only here you can scan face) after get in the building you need a card one more time to press the button in the elevator. Can not even push the ground floor without card. Dude its seriously annoyyyyyying
When you get grab food you need to bring your card. When you have a heavy bags you need to stop and try to find your card in your bag. So fucink annoying
2. Only one person can speak in English in juristic office
Lobby counter persons can not speak in English and always just chat to each other in Thai. No manners.
3. Fire alram will wake you up sometimes at 4am
4.swimming pool is beautiful but its located in 1st floor. Not that privacy.
So its up to you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful condos. I lived the lobby and swimming pool. It's located in quite a serene location but just 5 minutes from ekkamai BTS. The apartments are new and are fully furnished. Staff is also nice and well versed. They can help you with the issues if any within the apartment
