I came to know of the clinic after Google research and decided to visit since I was in the country. I was I initially encouraged by their swift response on WhatsApp in English, but the actual visit was something else. At the clinic, I was seen by a young doctor who clearly struggled to speak English and was getting her instructions on treatments from the assisting nurse!
Although we agreed consultation charges upfront, upon leaving they tried to charge me an additional 1000 Bhatt and when I protested, they maintained original fee.
Avoid this place, it’s not as glowing as their website and they certainly don’t cater for foreign patients.
المكان ما مهيأ لاستقبال مرضى من خارج البلد و الدكتورة اللي استقبلتني واضح ما عندها ألمام بشغلها و حاولا يدفعوني اكثر من مصاريف الاستشارة.

I used to treat in many clinics, but my skin problem does not disappear until I found Nida clinic this place has modern technology this helps to solve problems that can’t be solved. I’m very happy with the result and the doctor is very highly skilled. They also give me a good advice to careful about skin problem. If I had a chance to treat skin problem again, I will certainly choose Nida clinic again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience trying to even book an appointment and meet consultant. They need a bunch of personal details first and try to commit you to costs. I offered to carry my paper/passport to the consultation but they refused. They make a lot of claims but don't understand basic customer service. Seems like a money making setup, not genuinely interested in treatment.

The location was good and easy to find. Doctors and nurses were really helpful and they spoke English very well! Also, the place was very safe as the measurement against covid19 was well-prepared and secure.
