★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10/10/10 เลยค่ะ ราคานี้กับขนาดห้อง 32-35 ตร.ม. ถือว่าคุ้มค่ามาก ห้องกว้างมาก ใกล้ตลาด ใกล้เซเว่น ใกล้วินมอไซค์ ใช้ชีวิตง่ายเว่อร์ ไม่ไกล BTS เท่าไหร่ด้วย ตอนเลิกงานวันไหนชิลๆ ก็เดินจาก BTS มาได้ มี่สำคัญทั้งนิติ แม่บ้าน รปภ. ทีมช่าง ดูแลลูกบ้านดีมาก ไม่เคยมีปัญหาหนักใจเลย ใครกำลังหาที่พักอยู่ New Residence เป็นตัวเลือกที่ห้ามมองข้ามเด็ดขาดค่ะ
 10/10/10 at this price with the room size 32-35 sq.m. is considered very worthwhile. The room is very spacious, near the market, near Seven, near the motorcycle. It's very easy to live, not far from the BTS, too. When you finish work, you can walk from the BTS when you're chilling. There are many important things such as lawmakers, housewives, security guards, technician team, taking care of the house very well. Never had any troubling problems. Who is looking for accommodation, New Residence is an option that should not be overlooked.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I definitely, recommend this place to stay short or long period. I and my boyfriend stayed for 3 months and we could not be more happy about the apartment. Everything clean and new and very nice, friendly and helpful personnel. The place is close to BTS and many street food and shops and many other options are on the street close to the apartment. If you are coming to Bangkok you should stay at New Residence I highly recommend.
