You fertilize the owner, take care of it yourself. Very attentive Also keep updating the younger to see as well Plus the hotel is new and clean. The room has a lot of cute themes. Like both the owner and the cat. ?????

Meow likes the princess room the most. The hotel is well taken care of. The children came back home and were cheerful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Neko luxury cat hotel was the first cat hotel we used for our cats. Penny and her team did such an amazing job at accomodating our cats needs. Our cats are on a BARF diet and Neko Hotel had no probem feeding them the raw meat. Our one cat Zen (the black one) loved his stay and the caretakers. We received photos and videos with updates from her. Our other cat Zelda was a little stressed, but Penny along with her team did their best to help her to relax. They went over and beyond to take care of our four-legged family members. We will definitely use their service again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have used Neko Luxury hotel more than once, and have only had great experiences. Our cats love Penny and she provided photo updates throughout their stay at the hotel. We can rest in peace knowing that our cats will be taken care of when we need to go away for trips. The rooms are beautifully decorated and "cattified" to ensure that your feline companions have enough vertical space to explore and play. Our cats are on a BARF diet, and Penny and her team handle the feeding perfectly.

1. Top-notched service: the owner (K'Pui) was very caring and ensured provision of quality cat food.
2. Reliable Hygiene Standard: daily cleaning and frequent changes of toys.
3. Cat-friendly: offered a wide variety of rooms (depending on the availability and preference).
Would deffo recommend this to all cat lovers!
