★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service from doctor was not good because they just left patient with any checking. My girlfriend pain at her stomach and we decided to go the close hospital. However, at Navamintra 9 has no special doctor. They just observed and gave the medicine. Doctor came for checking only 1 time per day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well equiped, new, hygenic/clean hospital with governmental and private section as well. The staffs are well trained, friendly and professionals.
It is still advised to go with someone who speaks Thai/English if you have some special request.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service. Staff don’t know why you visited when you visit for follow up and you show them your ID. It’s either they don’t have a system to keep record of patients, or the staff don’t have basic computer skill (or perhaps basic communication skill).
They try to charge more from foreigners. They increased the treatment cost as soon as they know that you are a foreigner which first they thought you are Thai. We had to fight to adjust back the price. Im surprised they still do this kind of things.
This is definitely the hospital to avoid.
