★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really bad tour, I bought a ticket to Ko Pangan from Bangkok, 12 hours after I bought, I got really sick and I went to the hospital, so I contacted the manger of the tour office by Email and Phone call, I asked to get refund because of my situation I couldn't go to Ko Pangan, she didn't agree.
A day after when I got out from the hospital and felt fine to.go to the office, I asked to change the date of the ticket that I didn't use and she didn't agree as well
Coustemrs R HUMAN BEING and you could understand and be human with me. It is not all about money! Something unplanned health situations happening. I showed to the woman in the office the peppers from the hospital and the pills i got.
DON'T GO THERE!!!! Such a shame!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paid to take a mini bus to Pattaya as it’s the quickest and got dropped off at a bus station where the driver paid for a ticket on a big bus for me to go on instead which took 3hrs! (So it would be cheaper for him) No explanation even when I called the office

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Misleading information. We were told we could get to Phnom Penh in 10 hours by bus even though I queried it several times as have travelled there before. We bought the tickets and ended up taking 15 hours on a bus which only stopped once and had no working toilet

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't book your bus there...I was stupid enough to pay a ridiculous high amount for a bus from Bangkok to Chiang Mai - just because the time the bus was supposed to leave fit so well in my plans and I couldn't find another bus leaving at the same time - even not at the northern bus station (at least not online...). But I thought paying more also means getting more - eg a more comfortable bus even though most of the busses in Thailand are comfortable well making a long story short - the bus was supposed to leave at 8:30 am and I got told that the bus will arrive at 6 pm in Chiang Mai. Instead I got picked up at 9 o'clock to go to another tourist office and wait again for a mini van that brought us to the northern bus station (!!!). At 10:15 am the bus finally left and arrived at 10 pm in Chiang Mai (it stopped plenty times at other bus stations)... the fare on the final ticket for the bus was 474 Baht...I paid an incredible amount of 850... the most annoying thing was that the lady in the office lied to me about the times and the bus though!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The schedule was to start our journey at 18 in bangkok and to arrive to Koh Phangan at 9 am next day. The real life: we departed at 19 from bangkok, arrived at 1 pm next day. Someone from the travel agency rummaged in our luggage
