★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very basic hotel, bad maintenance. In our room 505 the sink was almost out of the wall, broken. No cupboard or any way to hang your clothes. Practically need to live out of your suitcase. Wifi very bad. Missing 2 bulbs above the bed. No bedside cupboard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms were clean, there was a pleasant atmosphere, and the breakfast provided was simple, but more than I expected. The only down side was that, though it is close to a beach, it is north of the pier, and the nicer beach where all the activities are is south of the pier, which means a 20 to 30 minute walk through town, or a 100 to 150 baht tuk tuk ride.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location of the hotel is a huge advantage. The room is nicely set up. Had to wait in line for a long time, not good enough. The choice of tv channels is minimal and the option of performing a channel scan is disabled in the menu. Breakfast is minimal. Very fresh breakfast food in the morning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff at the hotel are all very friendly and attentive. I think the price is fair for me to stay. The bathroom is nice and water volume is strong. Air conditioning works great. Brand new room with high quality bed and beddings. My teenage daughter loved the trendy decor.
