ที่ทางธนภัทรแมนชั่นได้รับรีวิวห้องจากคุณลูกค้าว่าห้องพัก 5 ดาวแต่ บริการติดลบ ทางเราต้องขออภัยด้วยเนื่องจาก ทางธนภัทรแมนชั่น ไม่มีบริการให้ยืมที่รองรีดผ้า และไม่อนุญาตให้หุงข้าว หรือทำกับข้าวในห้องพักรายวัน เนื่องจากเป็นการป้องกันในเรื่องของไฟไหม้ภายในอาคาร จึงต้องขออภัยมา ณ ที่นี้ด้วย
