★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely bad experiences. Usually I get my official letters like credit card statements ,bank statements etc always late in the month. Last month I did not receive a single letter, no statements from banks and credit cards and other letters.After inquiry all banks told me the letters were send. I live in Eastern Star and previously some letters received were not my address and name, the guy dumped them at my house. Where do they dump my letters now? Tried to complain at the post office, nobody there to listen to my complain. What can i do next?
