★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice alternative to Starbucks at The Villa/Ari. Prices almost 50% less. I like then decor here. They have breakfast specials which I haven’t tried, but what’s interesting is that they serve Korean noodles like Jajang myeon which I like!
I just made it back and ordered an ice americano and Korean Jajang myeong noodles for a total of 180 baht. Not bad for the area. I’ll start hanging out here rather than Starbucks

Very good price/value/taste.
Pancakes were really good!
Could be 5 stars if decorated better.
