★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I arrived there before 20:30 last night but the staff said “closed”. Closing time is 21:00, isn’t it? I wasted my time. You should not show such a wrong information. And staff need to learn professional behavior.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great music store having a wide collection. They even have instruments set up so that you can play. When I went I saw a group of school kids sitting around and trying out a few things. The staff are super friendly and helpful as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer Service, non-existent. Staff would rather fiddle with stuff in the stores and look cool rather than approach customers. Saw an item I wanted to buy, guy with long brown hair just looked at me, said: finit. Didn’t even bother to look. Bought my PRS couple of years back from their Centara store which is why I dropped by. Disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shady sales person. Great collection. They tried to sell me a guitar case on cash only, and wouldn't take a card making some lame excuse about the piece being from another shop. Also, said they cannot provide a receipt. When I started to leave, they shifted gears and said they can take card and managed to produce an authentic receipt. The owners should re-staff.
