★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 혹시나해서 글을 남겨요. 여기 오피스 렌트비용이 저렴하다고 빌리시면 아마 정신적인 스트레스와 계약기간이 끝나고 보증금 하나도 못 받고 나오실거에요. 악덕같은 집주인 때문에 아마 스트레스 많이 받으실거에요. 그리고 오피스 렌트해도 주차장비용 따로 받고 엄청 스트레스 받을거에요. 여기를 생각하고 있는 한국기업들은 꼭 신중하게 생각해보시고 렌트를 권장드립니다!!
I'm leaving a post just in case. If you rent an office here because the rent is cheap, you will probably get mental stress and no deposit after the contract period is over. You're probably under a lot of stress because of the vicious landlord. And even if you rent an office, you will have to pay extra for parking and it will be very stressful. Korean companies thinking here should think carefully and recommend renting!!
