Service really needs improvement. Sales assistants just sitting around in the cashier counter-putting no efforts to help customers. There were multiple groups of customers who just walk around browsing - no help offered by sale assistants.
We were looking for kitchen countertop - the assistant on 2nd floor told us to go to 1st floor. The assistant on 1st floor told us to go to 2nd floor (1st floor is only for complete kitchen built-in. Not just countertop). They just keep sending us up and down stairs.
