★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At the end of the day I was just down at ESSO after some petrol. There is also a tire center so I just asked for 4 new tires. The old ones were 7 years old, probably right at the top, but I thought it's a bit like wine, the older the better.
Well, we agreed on a price of 7,600, - incl. balancing. He just managed to get the two tires removed, and then there was a bid with the 4 tires. It's pretty fast.
Now that the tires had come off, he thought I should change the brake pads, because 2-3 mm was too little. OK, but it took so little longer to get the brake pads out, and it took longer to change them than to change 4 tires.
Two hours later I could drive from there.
