★ ★ ★ ★ ★ วันที่ 12 มกราคม คือไปติดต่อทำเรื่อง e sim เราก็ถามพนักงานว่าทำe sim ได้ไหม พนักงานก็ตอบทำได้ แล้วเขาก็ให้เรา เขียนชื่อ ขอเบอร์ เราก็บอกว่าเราไม่มีเบอร์AIS ตอนนั้นใช้แต่ทรู แทนที่จะแนะนำลูกค้า แต่กลับเฉยไม่อธิบายว่าทำe sim คือไร ต้องเตรียมอะไรบ้าง ลูกค้าทุกคนบางทีเขาก็ไม่ได้ศึกษามาทุกคนหรอกค่ะ คุณมาทำงานตรงนั้นคุณควรจะอธิบายลูกค้าค่ะ แต่สนใจงานอย่างอื่น
