I bought a Xiaomi mobile phone in Thailand. I bought it in July 2020. I got mi Fortune for inspection and repair today. The service staff asked me to fill in the form and then took my mobile phone. They didn’t give me any receipts and lists, but just told me 2- What is the problem with calling me after 3 hours of testing? It is very unprofessional and irresponsible. If the phone is lost or there are other problems, it is not clear.
