★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are friendly and quite helpful. Most workers know some English but a few are too scared to speak. The most unhelpful are the managers. They don't understand English well. The most helpful workers where black. They not only can communicate well, but also will show you a way of getting the same thing you special ordered but in a cheaper way of ordering it. I definitely recommend this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great friendly staff, food tastes fresh, and overall clean lobby and environment inside. Definately one of the better McDonalds locations in Bangkok. This is my second time back and if I'm on this side of town, I will definately return. Only disadvantage is no direct entry, front doors are locked, and you need to walk through the mall to get into the store. Besides that, 5 stars!
