Hustlers! Dont use their service center, they will replace parts without approval and deliberately weaken things to make a profit from your “free mazda care” Best recommendation is to use another service center that isnt corrupt.

After sales service not efficient, hardly any contact after purchase, eventhough had to follow up on missing items and license plate.

Absolutely recommendable First class service, very friendly and competent staff and good products. Only one teardrop, mostly no English owners manuals, brochures etc available. Anyhow 5 stars out of 5. I liked it but with English I would love it really.

Service advisor trying to recommend you to change part in the car that's not broken or anything and not due in service schedule maintenance book. When bring the car back clock in radio drift many hours that's when you get when the battery had been change or pull battery cable out ,but there is no service job concerned about remove battery cable I think something fishy going on I will recommend another service center.

Good service. The car turns out great, parts and fluids is actually changed as far as I can see on the car and while they are working. (There is actually concerns heard from friends on other service providers.) Customer lounge have a balcony view of the actual service area and many snacks to help pass your time. Personnel are kind and friendly. (I speak Thai so English speaker may have different opinions.) The service advisor may ask you to replace some parts that's actually not needed but if you have the knowledge you could deny the request. (My battery need to be refilled with distilled water so I deny the battery change. For example.)

Honestly one of the worst services I've ever dealt with. Had to communicate the same story with 5 different people and they still don't understand. I lost both my keys, need a replacement. How difficult is it to understand? I was quoted different prices multiple times. To replace I paid 20,000 baht when it would have cost me 6,500 from outside. Never trusting them again
