The staff is very friendly. They love cats. They'll send you pictures and videos of your cat while playing. Also, there is a camera in your cat's room to which you have access for 24 hrs. You can check out what your cat's doing anytime on your phone. The space is so clean and there is everything a cat needs. I recommend bringing your cat's food and favourite toys, that'll be enough.
