Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve have ever had. After receiving a useless part that was not made correctly I explained why it was incorrect and was asked to supply photos. So I did this was not enough though. I needed to supply the original part number. Despite the fact this was listed an exact replacement for this car and many others. Then my cars VIN etc etc. was a refund offered? No. But I could pay to send the completely useless part back and then also pay a restocking fee.
Issue was never resolved and they stopped replying. This little photo is off their website and is not factual.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely the worst company to deal with. Appalling quality parts.
Both front damper adjustments seized solid out of the box then had to pay EXTRA for warranty replacements.
They sent rear dampers not the required front pair, will not send the correct parts or any form of partial refund.
Disgusting

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a brand new turbo for£90 which on fitting sounded worn like an 80k mile unit and the seal blew after 30miles I was offered an other unit at a third of the price.... i wouldn't of fitted it if it was free...repurchased locally for slightly more 2years 10k miles later all good still. I was never refunded so lost out time and money! This companies absolutely shocking and definitely not worth the risk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a rear windscreen wiper motor for my estate car via EBay . Good price , arrived quickly & maXpeedingrods are quick to respond to customer service. On fitting I soon found that it leaked using the washer facility. It is the unit itself that leaks. This was an international order. I contacted them online and on first reply it appeared they did not believe me, despite sending the photo I’ve added here and offering a video. I asked for a replacement. They said this would be time consuming and I’d have to pay for the return. What? They then suggested, “ we will refund to £25 and you can sell the part to a garage as it is still a valuable item” . As if I’d sell an item I know to be defective..... I went back and told them the item is not fit for purpose. They then offered me a £30 refund. I contacted them via Facebook messenger, to be told the EBay shop is ‘nothing to do with us, so best to contact them’. I sent an email direct to the company, not even a reply.
Head and brick wall time. I gave up and accepted the £30. the

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ordered parts that were advertised as fitting my vehicle. did not read fine print, just read advertised description. fine print stated the parts did not fit the vehicle they advertised as fitting. when asked to return, company wanted me to pay for shipping and a 20% restocking fee. at that point i kept the parts and write this review.
