The environment is amazing! Trainers & people that go there are all super friendly, and they definitely motivate you a lot and keep track of your progress so you really do get results. I couldn't have found a better gym!

I came to MAXFIT during the drop a size challenge and wasn't sure what to expect. First, the people... Stefan and Marie are both very friendly and knowledgeable. They are polite, professional and careful, recognizing limits and avoiding injury. I would recommend MAXFIT for their wonderful personalities alone! Second, the plan... The meal plan was delicious and exercises are challenging and fun! I have been training with MAXFIT for three months now and not once has the exercise routine been the same; from Bingo to Superset to Boardge style workouts. They have a wonderful game plan and implement it well. ...love the variety! It is a great way to lose weight, get strong and stay fit. It is amazing the strengths your body is capable of when you have someone working with you, for you and encouraging you. When you don't think you can do it, they have every confidence in you! Thank you MAXFIT!!!

I have been going to MaxFit just outside of Nichada for a little over two months now and am so impressed by how great Stefan & Marie are. They are so encouraging and clearly know their stuff. I have seen wonderful results so far and look forward to continuing to train with them. My two teenage sons have also been training at the gym and the conditioning that they are getting is the perfect compliment to the sports they do.

I had lived and worked in Bangkok for a total of 3 months. Maxfit was my home away from home. The trainers are friendly and knowledgeable. The workouts were challenging. I lost weight and looked the best I had in years. More importantly the people in the community are warm and friendly. We weren’t completing against one another or showing off. All of us started at Maxfit mostly to lose weight and achieve personal goals with Maxfit’s 30 day challenge. This being said we wanted each other to succeed. Being back in Canada, I think fondly of Maxfit and am continuing to push myself at the gym with the knowledge and proper form I learned while going consistently to Maxfit 3-4 time a week. Thank you so much!

After training for a month, I lose weight for a half kilo but my body size is smaller for a size. My arms are less saggy. Most of my pants start to loose. My back is super straigth and I'vent get back pain since last 2 weeks. I feel so much stronger. Great coaching and lots of nice friends. Its very fun and enjoyable being here. This is the most efficient training program I've ever tried. Good job!!

As someone who's been trying to get fit since I was 17 yet struggled to stay consistent and to prioritize my fitness, I stumbled upon MAXFIT right before I turned 22 from searching for a regular gym nearby but MAXFIT exceeded my expectations with their women's group training program that I tried out for 30 days. This was the first ever program I was able to not only complete but actually enjoy because of the convenience, the kind trainers, and fellow women that are prioritizing their fitness. I'm so grateful for MAXFIT for this safe space for women to grow stronger and get healthier holistically! I recommend this for anyone that wants fitness to be a non-negotiable in their life because it'll lead you to your potential that you didn't even know you had in you. Good luck to all ?

Great gym! The concept of this gym is to run only classes with max 10 to 15 participants per time slot. Coaches give great follow-up and accompany you through your progress. There are "women" classes, focusing on cardio, and "men" classes focusing on power. They even have online classes if you don't have time to hit the gym.
