Run away from this Terrible place, . We are making a video explaining how they scam tourists, they go the extra way to drag poor tourist into the shop using tour guides, tuk tuk drivers and even "planted" people in tourist attractions telling you stories about a special holiday and other excuses. We interviewed 11 people from all over the world that suffered the same fate which made the trip to Bangkok a terrible expiriance. I had $980 stolen from me and I have yet to receive any suites. Funny enough one of the brothers/owners told me while I was in there that he "used to be one of those tailors ripping out people" but that he decided to go legit and then he ripped me off. I will be back with info of where to watch the video ( it will be a dedicated page) You will have a great vacation in Thailand if you avoid those people...

Well, if you're reading this then you've probably fallen victim to the scam. It's intricate, and honestly well designed. Before reading further, rest assured that I got the items I ordered from these guys. But they aren't what they told me they would be and they certainly don't deserve the business... You leave your hotel looking for a tuk tuk to take you around a bit. They tell you the temples are closed that morning for a holiday, but you're in luck! The government pays for their gas that day so they'll take you all around town for 20 baht! Fine and good... you tell them where you want to go and they say OK and take you to a small temple with no name that LOOKS legit because, hey, you've never been to Bangkok before so you really don't know the difference. You go inside and the tuk tuk driver waits. You're mindful to be quiet because there's a local in there praying, but he eventually perks up and welcomes you to Bangkok, asks where you're from, blah blah blah. He'll tell you that he used to live in the states and hates how distrustful people are in America. He says Thai people love tourists and just want to make sure that you enjoy your stay, all the while making you feel a bit better about the seemingly sketchy tuk tuk deal you just nailed down for the day. Next he casually tells you about how the tailors and garment designers in the area offer tourists local pricing on this "holiday" and that you simply can't leave Thailand without a custom fitted garment. You leave the temple thinking "yeah, these people are great and that guy was so friendly" and get back into your tuk tuk to tell your driver you'd like to go to the next destination. He says OK and then takes you here - Max Fashion Bangkok. He tells you he needs to go get gas so you should go inside and shop around a bit and he'll be back. You say ok, why not, and go inside to be greeted by a well-dressed man who immediately offers you a cold beer and asks you to come inside to see what they do... The store is well air conditioned and you feel happy to take a break from the heat outside and check things out while you wait for you tuk tuk driver. You probably heard that you could get a custom tailored suit in Bangkok for cheap so you're at least a little bit interested to see what they can offer, so have you exactly where they want you. These guys are PUSHY... they will convince you that 8000 baht for a sports coat and a custom is a steal and when you question it they'll make you feel like dirt. How could you NOT buy these items, they'll say?! They'll tell you that the coats are made with only the finest woolen fabrics. They'll size you up and take your your credit card and you'll have bought more items than you intended to before you even know what happened. Which is fine. You wanted a suit anyway, right? You'll wonder how quickly they can make the garments and they'll assure you that they will be ready before you leave. They'll even offer to deliver them straight to your hotel. You'll walk out a little bit excited about your recent digs but after a bit of time you'll start to wonder if you made a mistake. Here's the deal... At least in my experience, the items were delivered to my hotel as promised. The sports coat is handsome, but it's certainly not wool. The fit was nice, but any tailor can do that. Basically, I over paid for an OK sports coat because I got sucked into their scam and felt too culturally conscious to question what was going on. The fact is, it cost me probably about the same as it would have to buy a real wool jacket in the U.S. and then have it tailored to fit. The shirt is garbage. Plain and simple. I don't recommend buying anything from these guys simply because they are sneaky about getting the sale, which all in all taints your experience of Bangkok and the Thai people in general. There are PLENTY of amazing tailors in Bangkok who will make you a much nicer product for half the price, so instead of being bullied into getting something from these guys I recommend doing a bit of research and taking your business elsewhere.

I had a merino wool t shirt altered here and wish I hadn’t. They forgot to stitch part of the seam. I took it back to get it fixed. But when it returned I noticed they hadn’t taken out the initial stitching and redone it, but instead they went over the initial stitching again. This meant that i constantly have threads coming out of the t shirt and it doesn’t stretch properly.

After 6 years we came back to this place to get my husband two suits and six shirt.s The service was great and the suits fit perfectly. We took all the measurements at the beginning of our trip and got the result at the end of our trip. Prices were good for the quality we got and we will definitely come back again. Brem was a nice person and helped us to chose the best materials. We can certainly recommend it and will come back. Thanks a lot

My husband got a custom suit made during our stay in Bangkok. Max was very helpful! He did a great job. My husband got a suit and five shirts. He is already planning to order some more once we get home.
