★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Suphanburi branch. Seemed quite an old building and the interior looked aged and a little on the darkside inside. But this is the busiest Makro we have visited in Thailand. We went on a Friday lunchtime and the place was very busy. Huge choice of products. Large fresh food section. The premises were stacked full of products. Easy to spend money here. Great choice of products snd efficient service and helpful staff. What more do you need??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Covid aware, I had a mask which they were doubtful about so, instead of turning me away, they have me another mask so I could still go in and do business, wow!! Inside also, the staff are/were super helpful and friendly. ❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Again the product pricing lets this huge outfit down. Many products can be found cheaper in other stores, including major city centres.
At the time of this visit, shelves were being stacked by high-lift fork trucks and customers were still allowed to shop around such equipment - health and safety concern as accidents do happen.
Service till staff can be best described as bored and irritated by customers who want to pay for their goods. Staff on the shop floor are more interested in checking their mobiles than actually being gainfully employed. The general impression is one of total lethargy to the work.
