★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I chose this place after getting flooded out of Queen Palace and what a happy pleasant surprise. All similar priced hotels are stark and sterile, this place has a warmth little things like a mother's touch that make you feel at home and comfortable

Very near to Robinson Shopping Mall like 15 minutes walk.
Also very close to a small Buddhist temple and pagoda.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quaint place, really quiet and relaxing! Breakfast was abundant and room is spacious, bathroom has hot shower and amenitie, mini fridge and TV and also a nice view from the balcony. I definitely recommend this place and I will surely come back here for the next time I'll visit Mae Sot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pros: affordable 400 baht for room with large bed, nice outside sitting area, helpful reception offering to help carry bags, small lobby convenience store, decent parking; aircon works well; small breakfast provided consisting of rice porridge, boiled eggs, and toast with margarine, jam, condensed milk, and instant coffee
Cons: not soundproofed rooms so you can hear neighbors laughing or speaking loudly; cleanliness can be improved a little more (due to 1 stray hair on the bed)
