- It's cheap because it's not near any BTS/MRT/Airportlink station
- Although no train station, there's actually a Subway across the street... ha ha in the gas station. Oh, and a Burgerking about 200m away
- The nearest 24/7 convenience store (Family Mart) is a bit of a walk, it's an exercise.
- Covered parking for your car with enough space for all residents. However, the designated big bike parking space is slightly exposed to the elements.
- Speaking of vehicles, there's a Ford dealer right in front.
