Unfortunately, there are some careless people in the building like to smoke cigarette at their balcony and do not realize that
the stink cigarette smoke cause terrible disturb to the neighbors.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very meh. You can't really do anything here, not even smoke on your own balcony. People in this condo are very nosey(always try to look in your room) and the management is poorly run. For instance, if you simply want to do your laundry, you have to go in to the bank first to get atleast 20 ten baht be coins (as that's what it takes). You be could dry on your be balcony but they also charge you for that. I've never lived anywhere so uncomfortable, they make it feel like your the one being privileged to be here, even though be your paying. You also be have to pay for parking, the pool, and the gym, or even if you forget your key card upstairs. They made me pay 500 baht to get a ride up the lift. The location is ok, but there is no street food or shops for atleast 20 minutes in any direction. Rules aside, the staff is quite friendly. The security is very good and you never have to worry about theft.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my sanctuary and it is the main reason I bought the condo. My room is quiet with the riverside view. The rooms size vary and the prize depends on the size. Having good neighborhood can have big bearing on the living quality. I used to experience cigarettes drop from the room upstairs. The tenant might have moved away, and I am glad he did so.
