★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They should be ashamed of themselves! "Love dog" - what a ridiculous name. They keep dogs in tiny steel cages all day, even bigger breeds. Heartbreaking to see these beautiful creatures without the ability to move around, staring out of their tiny cages with sadness and pain. Disgusting and abusive! Even more horrible that some owners seem to endorse this treatment by sending their dogs into these cages instead of finding someone to actually take care of them while the owners are traveling or busy...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hater's gonna hate. From my 5 years experience using this shop's service, they are far better than Pet Lover Thonglor. At the very least, they are responsible for their service and the agreement you have with them. Regarding the small cage, it is obvious the shop has limited space. If a big dog owner decides to leave his/her dog there, it's owner's decision. After all, dogs are responsibility and a family member, if an owner cannot manage someone to take care of their dog when they travel, perhaps they should not own a pet.
