★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The sales staff were very inattentive. We walked around for 15 minutes without being offered assistance. Security followed us around as if we were shoplifters. I own several Louis Vuitton pieces. Sadly, I won’t patronize the business again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I actually think the service is good in this store. I was asked for something, they immediately helped me check the availability in store and the whole Thailand. Too bad they don’t have the color I like so I didn’t buy anything, but the staff was friendly and helpful. Also no queue at the door.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude and inattentive staff. I asked for a product and it was just thrown at me with not even a description or anything. Even though I wanted to buy after that treatment I didn’t.
I’m a regular customer at Louis Vuitton in Milan and I’ve never had such treatment. Some of the staff should be reminded that they should treat each customer equally. Will never go there nor would I advice anyone to shop there. This is not the Louis Vuitton I know.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is this one shop assistant (the relative chubbier male shop assistant) who is pretty rude.
I understand under current circumstances (Covid 19) we need to scan the qr code to 'check in' into the store. I get that, it's the 'new normal'.
However, yelling at customers instead of reminding customers to scan is just wrong in so many ways. If you work in a customer service retail industry, I'm not asking you to treat customers who go into your store like prince and princesses, but you don't just yell.
Nevertheless, when we finished our check in process, we were lucky enough to have him as our sales assistant. When my mom asked whether a product is a keyholder or not, he sarcastically opened that product, telling us it is a holder, then slowly showed us the inside, and 'reveal' that it is a "money holder".
Like seriously in which universe can you not just tell us it is a wallet???
Overall, hugely not satisfied with his attitude. I've seen some other reviews of the same store (possibly the same shop assistant), and hopefully, the store can really do something about it, otherwise, I don't see what's so different about Louis Vuitton as a boutique brand compared to some other cheaper stores.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing service received from the team at IconSiam! It was very busy as it was Chinese New Year, so had to queue for 10-15 minutes.
Pete who was at the door was so kind and already helped me source the bag I wanted.
He was super friendly and then handed over to KK / Kwankaow who made me feel welcome and appreciated. She was very sweet and made sure I will receive my bag which had to be shipped from another store.
I had to leave Bangkok but we kept in touch via Line and everything went so smoothly.
Very thankful for KK and Pete for their efforts.
