เริ่มจาก ผู้จัดการตึก ไม่ให้เกียรติผู้เช่า สำเนียงเวลาพูดสนทนากับลูกค้าแสดงความไม่ต้อนรับ ไม่มี service mind รู้สึกไม่ประทับใจในการให้บริการ
ต่อมา รปภ ตึก กะดึก กลับห้องมาทีไร หลับยามประจำ เหมือนถูกจ้างมานอน ไม่ได้รู้สึกถึงความปลอดภัยเลย กระทู้นี้ไม่ได้มีเจตนาก่อกวนหรือพูดว่าร้ายให้อพาทเมนต์แห่งนี้เสียหายเพียงแต่อยากจะเป็นอีกหนึ่งเสียงเรียกร้องให้เจ้าของผู้ประกอบการรับรู้ถึงเหตุการณ์ที่เกิดขึ้นภายในอพาทเมนต์แห่งนี้ สถานที่ดีแต่บุคลากรแย่มากคับ รบกวนมาดูแลที
 If the owner of the apartment has read this post, would like to clarify that if you do not update the employees within your organization The apartment is ruined, of course.
Beginning with the building manager not honoring the tenants The accent when talking to customers is not welcome. Service mind is not impressed with the service.
Next, the security guards building late at night. Whenever I come back to sleep, like being hired to sleep. Didn't feel safe at all This post is not intended to harass or say bad to the apartment, but just want to be another voice calling for the owner of the operator to be aware of the incident that occurred in this apartment. Good location but terrible personnel Please take care

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just moved out due to the bad behaviour and bad mouth of the lady on the front desk..maybe she should realize that she's only a employee, not the owner..then over charged me on leaving and then I should of been given a discount of 1000 baht due to covid virus but she seems to have forgotten that...I would advise stay away from this place due to most of the manners of the lady who really doesn't know about how to run the front desk..least of all about manners

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give this place 4 stars for its location and great cleaning and laundry services. But .... the woman at the front desk drags my rating down. She's in a permanent state of bad mood and opts to blame customers for things that go wrong in the rooms...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad manager always shouting at the customers. Lot of cockroach in room, Bad wifi , And when i want to take the room they told me that they don't accept Indian , Nigerain , and Arrub people but when i took the room i also saw some Indian guy here. they charge very expensive for electicity and the water they dont follow the meter. I was leaving there 3 months and will never back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am staying in Liberty Place since 8 years; every year for a couple of months. Because I have lost the phone number „I asked Google”. By chance I clicked to the reviews below the address of the place and got angry. The first two reviews seem to be fakes which are trying to harm Liberty Place. From my experience all the staff is working in a professional way. The two complains are not specific and contradictory: why should the manager “always shouting at the customers” or discuss with new guests who are welcome or not; the poster has mentioned an Indian guy, whom he has seen as a guest. Why should they “not follow the meter” when the figures are on the invoice? I have never had cockroaches in my room. There are sometimes guests, who do not behave properly and the duty of the staff is to fix it. This seems to be the reason for the two negative posts. I would rate Liberty Place regarding the hospitality, cleanness and the approach to the guests with 5 Stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room is clean and you cannot beat the location for the price. The front desk lady can be nice or mean and grumpy depending on her mood. You can walk to anything you need including the BTS station. Pharmacy, massage, 7 eleven, restaurants, bars, nail salons, hair salons all within a 5 to 10 minute walk.
