★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday I went there to see in person the condition of the rooms to decide to move in soon. The guy I met at the beginning was very nice but unfortunately didn't speak english and cannot use any traslator in thai. So at the end of this tour a collegue of him call the "boss", a woman that can speak english and she is very kind. In according with her I come back the day after to meet her or someone like her, that speak english. I met a guy that apparently speak english but unfortunately doesn't understand very well my words. I try to use a simple english and try to have a contract where there is writen clearly for me not only the ammount of rent and the various expensives but the conditions of payment and any others requirements. When the questions were more than he thought, he appeared upset. In that moment arrived a calling from the "boss" to order him to invent something to push me out. Enfact he, after closing the calling, change some "rules" of the condominium that I have already set with the "boss" yesterday...They are not serious to treat customer...in my opinion they want to have customer that pay immediately and don't make any question so when the customer will find out any problem and have to go away, will loose the bond. Take care about the management because is very no professional...the appereances are not real.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apartment's owner, Khun Grace, is kind and has a nice talk but unresponsive when room's maintenances are needed. Parking lots is about 10-12 cars. Not good if you got your own car. I'll give 4 stars if more responsive.
